Dr. T. Chuluun-Erdene (Ph.D.) – Founder & Director
Biography
Dr. T. Chuluun-Erdene (Ph.D.) is an esteemed Sinologist and translator. She is a co-founder of “ISD Ruby Publishing.” She holds a Bachelor’s degree from the Beijing Language and Culture University and a Ph.D. from the National Pingtung University of Education in Taiwan. Her primary research areas include China’s development policies, Mongolia-China economic cooperation, the Belt and Road Initiative (BRI), and regional infrastructure connectivity.
She is a prominent member of the national translation team that translated Volumes II, III, and IV of Chinese President Xi Jinping’s seminal work, The Governance of China, into Mongolian, and has extensive experience translating major Chinese works in politics, economics, and sociology. Dr. Chuluun-Erdene is the author of the monograph “The Belt and Road Initiative and Mongolia’s Participation” and works in close strategic cooperation with the Embassy of the People’s Republic of China in Mongolia, as well as relevant Mongolian government ministries and state agencies.
